Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This website is made for young people, so we keep it simple. You do not need an account, we do not ask who you are, and we do not use cookies to follow you around the internet.

Who is responsible

The You Are Part of Us Foundation (Bulgaria) is responsible for this website and for the Special Virtual Academy. The foundation coordinates the Inclusion360 project, which is carried out together with the Equal Opportunity and Sustainable Future Association (FESGDER, Türkiye).

You can reach us through the Contact page of this website.

What we do not collect

You can read every page and do every lesson without telling us anything about yourself.

  • No account and no password.
  • No name, no email and no phone number, unless you write to us yourself.
  • No cookies for advertising and no tracking across other websites.
  • Never any information about disability, health or your exact age.

What stays on your device

The Academy remembers your stars, your badges, the level you chose and the name you type for the certificate. All of it is kept in your own browser, on your own device.

It is never sent to us and never sent to anyone else. If you clear your browser data, it is gone. It does not move to another phone or computer.

Counting visits

We count visits to the website with Vercel Web Analytics. It works without cookies, it does not build a profile of you and it does not store personal data.

We only see totals: how many times a page was opened, from which country, and whether the visitor used a phone or a computer. We use these totals to report on the project.

Where the website is hosted

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like every web server, it keeps short technical logs that include the IP address of the visitor. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and the provider deletes them after a short time.

The contact form

The contact form is not connected yet. Until it is, please write to the partners directly, using the addresses on the Contact page.

When the form starts working, it will ask only for what is needed to answer you: your name, your email, your message, and your organisation if you want to give it. We will use it only to answer you, we will keep it for up to twelve months, and we will never add you to a mailing list.

Your rights

If we ever hold data about you, you can ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or take back your consent. Write to us through the Contact page and we will answer.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection; in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Links to other websites

This website links to our partners' websites and offers project documents as PDF files. Other websites have their own privacy rules, which we do not control.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the website works, we will change this page too. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
